When will my order be shipped? Your order will be shipped within 3-5 days from the date of purchase.
Will I receive an email with my order details? Absolutely! Once your order is placed, we'll promptly send you an email summarizing all the necessary details.
Can I cancel my order? No worries! Once the order is placed, it's on its way to your address. However, if upon receiving it, you wish to return the item(s), you can ship it back to us. Upon receipt, we will initiate a FULL refund for you.
What is the exchange/return policy? Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with our products, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.
Exchange/Return Process:
- Step 1: Email us with your order number and name, using the subject (Refund Request). List the product and reasons for the return.
- Step 2: Our team will reach out to you (usually within 24 hours) with our return address.
- Step 3: Ship the item back to us. Once received, we will inspect it.
- Step 4: If all is in order, we will fully refund your item. You'll receive an email detailing the refund, and the money will be deposited back into your account.

I put the wrong shipping address! No problem! If you need to update your address, select the "Contact Us" tab and send us a message within 24 hours of placing your order, and we can change it for you.
